The cost is higher than non pressure solar collector, because it has the stainless steel pipes inside vacuum tubes, most suppliers use copper inside, but we compare cost and efficiency, we find stainless steel is cheaper than copper, but efficiency is similar!
it is not heat pipe or U-pipe, it is direct flow system, just add a stainless steel pipe, water heated by tubes, goes up directly into manifold, no anti-freeze liquid or others, just water.
you can connect this type to your electrical boiler or gas heater or other pressure heater directly. It also can be used as a part of split system.
