Working principle

1.Thermosiphon refers to a method of passive heat exchange based on natural convection 

which circulates liquid without the necessity of a mechanical pump.

2.Simple thermosiphon: Convective movement of the liquid(water) starts when liquid in the loop is heated, causing it to expand and become less dense ,

 and thus more buoyant than the cooler water in the bottom of the loop .

3.Convection moves heated liquid upwards in the system as it is simultaneously replaced by 

cooler liquid returning by gravity .Ideally , the liquid flows easily because a good thermosiphon 

should have very little hydraulic resistance.

4.Its intended purpose is to simplify the pumping of liquid and / or heat transfer, by avoiding the 

cost and complexity of a conventional liquid pump.

Install and use way:

A. Return law : Install an " overflow pipe" connect to one vent , side the tank and make sure the ending are on your observation .

Charging water way : Turn on the tap till some water overflows from the tank ,which means the tank is full.Then close the faucet . Charging better time is morning or candle light.

B.Mechanical control : An auto-feeding tank which has a float valve connect to the inlet. When the float goes down along with receding water level , valve will open ,let the water in and fill the solar water heater.

C.Microcomputer Control : Sunshore solar controller BL-80 and BL-100. The small kit prefect the service for the solar water heater . Showing water level and temp on the LCD screen , Charging water timing and automatically , start electrical heater when the temp below your bearable bath temp .

Inner tank: SUS 304-2B stainless steel sheet , 0.5mm thickness.
